Big congratulations on this sweet family on the purchase of this gorgeous home in Asturia! They had reached out to us shortly after this home went under contract with another buyer. We knew it would have been a great fit for them. As luck would have it, the original buyers cancelled the contract. They made a competitive offer that the sellers couldn’t refuse. We are so happy everything worked out so well!
