Big congrats to our wonderful sellers on accepting an offer on their gorgeous home. This one is extra special because we listed their home last year right when the market started slowing down and their home has been on the market for some time. The sellers have been so patient and troopers throughout the process.
Some creativity came into play to get the perfect buyer for this home…we can’t wait to share more of the story after close!
